Sculptural work developed through experimentation with casting techniques.

My interests stem from a curiosity about the grotesque forms of organic fruits and vegetables. 

 

I capture the ephemerality of these objects by intricately replicating their organic forms in plaster. These white casts highlight the formal oddities of each object in a delicate play of light and shade.
